About Tropical Breeze

Located at 333 S Hamden Dr, Clearwater Beach, FL 33767, Tropical Breeze operates as a tennis resort serving Clearwater Beach in Florida. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Tennis in the United States is played on three kinds of places: public park courts run by a city or county, member clubs and country clubs with their own pros and leagues, and commercial tennis centers that sell court time by the hour. Public courts are usually free and first come, first served, with a posted limit (often 60-90 minutes when others are waiting); busier cities run online reservation systems with a small fee and a permit for the season. Indoor courts are rented by the hour and booked days ahead in winter. Most facilities are hard courts; clay is common in the Southeast and at private clubs, and grass is rare. Lights extend play into the evening at many parks, sometimes with a coin or app-operated switch.

Clearwater Beach is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Clearwater Beach follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was perfect, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire process easy from checkin to checkout. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Clearwater!

Loved every minute of my stay. The host Antoni was very friendly and informative with his suggestions on food and drink locations. He touched base with me a couple times during my stay to make sure we were having a good time and didnt need anything. The location of my room was awesome. I had dolphins and manatees 5ft away from me multiple times during my vacation and didnt have to pay 100s of dollars for the boat tours to see them. Super relaxing vibes. Pool was very clean and nice to have access to. 2 minutes walk to the beach. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, pool stuff, and bikes all on site that you can use at your leisure. Id give it 10 stars if I could. I've been in the same room twice now and ill never stay anywhere else when I go to clearwater. The pictures of the pink sky's i posted with this review are litterally from my chair right outside my room door.

What a fantastic gem I found at Clearwater Beach! I come here every year and this was our first time here at Tropical Breeze Resort. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. The efficiency was clean, decorated tastefully and had everything we needed. If we weren’t at the beach, we were hanging out poolside or in the back on the dock enjoying water views. Best part about it was the walkable convenience to the beach, restaurants and the local island market. The owner ensured we were happy with our stay and gave great recommendations. I will most definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

Such a cool place in cool history behind this location. The rooms are really decorated nicely. I love that they have old photos of the location in the rooms. The only thing I would change is the air unit in the pool cottage. Because it was so hot, we could not open the curtains and enjoy the view. Other than that it's a great location.

Excellent location with many great restaurants nearby, and only about a 5-minute walk to the beach. Very quiet and peaceful place with a beautiful bay view. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. The staff was extremely friendly and always happy to help or recommend the best places to eat or spend time. We really enjoyed our stay! 😊 we will definitely come back here
